I don't know if you can say all the talent is there - I do think it's in the pipeline, but that hasn't produced much yet.
It's clear the coaches don't trust the players as well as the players don't trust the scheme. It's a systemic issue.

2000 against Minnesota. The game that ended John Cooper's era for all intents and purposes. THAT was the worst half of college football I've ever seen from Ohio State until today.
BTW, Ohio State was ranked 4th at that point as well.

The team that is on the field right now gets drubbed worse than ND last year in the NC game. Not even a top 10 effort today.

Nope...and unfortunately that's the team we've seen a lot of on defense this year. The next total defensive game against somebody not called the rattlers will be the first this year.
