Nah, they squeak out just enough wins here and there to "only" lose 101 (their current pace). And once again, the young latino fetishist responsible for the sorry state of this franchise is getting promoted. Only in Cleveland do they take the guy that has put together a team that is getting incrementally worse each year since an epic playoff collapse and promote him. Fuck you Larry Dolan. Fuck you.

well, he's pretty much out of any decision making aspects of free agency or draft picks, so that has to be a positive. the old shapiro regime of scouts certainly wouldn't have pulled off the draft cleveland just had.

Well, that is true. I'd just prefer he was out on his ass. I have noticed that we haven't signed any shitty latino relievers in a while...

they definitely wouldn't have drafted washington in the 2nd and the high school shortstop in the 3rd with shapiro and mirabelli running the show. hopefully the days of jason michaels type signings are over as well.

Reminds me of the struggles AsCab went through early in '08. Of course he was sent down to work out his problems and we all know how that worked out. Valbuena just continues to suck and isn't going anywhere. Because of a total lack of talent, he remains on the ML roster and will probably be ruined totally. Good times.
