I wouldn't say that; they are streaky though but there are times they get to the 2nd level consistently. The poor technique though, that's another issue...

I’ve watched enough of this team to know they have played worse every week and are showing major flaws in giving up big plays, penalties every game and the offense seems to have regressed some the run game is non existent now.
