if marotti leaves, it certainly won't be for the money. he'd probably take a swift pay cut. vrabel is on the low end of the pay scale, and nfl support staff salaries aren't regarded to pay a lot of money.

We got behind the chains a lot because of penalties. You can be aggressive with good runs and the ability to impose your will on a team. The notion that running the ball means your a conservative play caller is ridiculous.
