Schiano has done some good things in years past, but at this point I'm ready to move on. Hope Schiano finds an NFL gig and Grinch gets a shot with his scheme in place. Also, at least he'll be around for more than just one year. If Schiano stays, you lose Grinch, and then Schiano in another year, leaving Day with another position to fill.
