If defensive staff changes are coming, who should OSU be looking to hire?

Reading some things posted here makes me little hesitant, but even looking past that I liked the idea of having the flexibility of the DC being able to be a LB/DL/DB guy. With this it would force us to go the route of DB DC. I do kind of like what I've seen/heard from the guy from the texans, but it worries me that he's a 3-4 guy. Maybe he can slowly implant the 3-4 over a multi year period while recruiting for it behind the scenes? Because right now we'd be wasting a lot of DL talent and forcing on LB that we don't have.

Ironically shazier is the prototypical OLB in a 3-4.

I think Urban hit a "home run" with the hire. Johnson has proven to be an outstanding teacher/coach/recruiter, tireless worker, and a loyal employee to his school. Any past differences he may have had (with Ohio State) will be forgotten when he becomes a BUCKEYE.
