So what happens when you kick the kid off the bus for a week and the mom doesn't like driving in the snow so TG05 doesn't go to school that day? :p
He gets to spend the whole day on BP and make intelligent statements like..."Grass is green" and "Kittens are pretty and soft."

Boy, 4, Trapped In Bus After Falling Asleep
Driver Fired, Assistant Teacher Suspended

PATASKALA, Ohio -- A local bus driver was fired after leaving a 4-year-old boy locked inside a school bus Tuesday morning.
The 4-year-old boy was trapped in the cold bus, but was only found after catching the eye of a watchful parent, NBC 4's Elizabeth Scarborough reported.
Like any other day, Preston Hix's mom put him on the bus to go to Leads Head Start.
"I talked to the bus driver this morning and she gave me a goody bag for Preston," said Jennifer Hix, the boy's mother.

The ride to school is less than 10 minutes, but Preston doesn't remember getting there.
"I was sleeping on the bus," he said. "I was scared."
When he woke up, no one was around, so he did everything he could think of to get help. He screamed and banged against the windows in the bus. Luckily, someone heard him.
Another parent came to his rescue and opened the door.
"He was crying out. And of course, after he got off the bus, you could tell he had been crying for awhile," said Tonya Dollisin, a parent.
Officials said he was left on the bus for 15 to 20 minutes.
"It's 13 degrees and my kid has asthma, as it is. The cold air makes it even worse. For him to be left on the bus that's not running with no heat even for five minutes is wrong," Jennifer Hix said.
After every route, the driver is required to check behind and under every seat, and a staff member has to sign a form saying they watched the inspection.
The boy's mother said it was clear the driver did not check because her son was wearing a red coat.
"You're not going to miss this coat. There's no way," Jennifer Hix said.
The driver was terminated, Scarborough reported.
An assistant teacher who came out to get the children was also suspended while the investigation continues.
Preston's mother said she'll be driving him to school now, but wants to stress that the education at the school is great.
Ummmm....no, that would not go over well with me. If my kids are acting like shits, you tell me and I'll deal with it.

That's true up to a point, but the bus driver is responsible for ALL the kids, so he/she has to take action to minimize out of control behavior to protect the rest of the kids.
The kid must have been extremely verbally abusive, obnoxious, or loud and obviously would not stop or hede any corrective actions, in order for the driver to take this drastic of an action.
I don't agree with it either, I just don't think that every little thing, or every big thing, for that matter, traumatizes our kids they way most parents do these days.
I don't give a good god damn if my would be kid's head was spinning and he/she was speaking in tounges. That bus driver puts fricking tape on a 5 year olds mouth?
Nope. Not in my lifetime.
