maybe people from way the hell up North, like Baton Rouge or something, can survive these polar temps without sleet.
but down here anything below 40° is a serious threat to human life.

its like 30 with a wind chill in the teens in Austin.. people are freaking out...

its like 30 with a wind chill in the teens in Austin.. people are freaking out...

the main front is still north of us right now.
it's currently 45° with a windchill around 37° and people are preparing for a scene out of "Day After Tomorrow".

currently 36° with a windchill of 16°. still giving a low of around 27°.

stores shelves are empty due to everyone stocking up for this winter apacolypse.

we'll be in mid 40s tomorrow before dipping back down to around 30 overnight.

by midday Sunday we'll be in the 50s and climbing again.

you can easily get dehydrated if you don't keep up your fluid intake.

The south is so funny. 20'ish and 6" of snow is like sock hat and a North Face fleece pullover weather.

Shovel the driveway once then take the kids outside to play for two hours. Hot chocolates all around when we come in.

I love winter.
