The sun is shining a little brighter, the breeze is a little cooler, the ocean a little more bluer (is that a word?), and my neighbor who graduated from Oregon has just been shut up for the next year. Life is good.

Putting in PDX
Heavy snow flurries in Atlanta. Based on yesterday's weather report, county schools were already scheduling half-days for today. My University has canceled all classes after 5, and will close all facilities. You guys should see it, I mean, wow. It's like snowing. In Atlanta. So many flurries. Like so many flurries they might actually stick to the hood of my car for five minutes before melting. FIVE WHOLE FREAKIN MINUTES!!!1!!
