I always thought salaried employees worked longer hours than the hourly wage earners. Not here. I'm pullin' 60+ hrs a week (four days!) while ol' salary sam comes in two hrs later and leaves at 3. That shit ain't right. If you're my immediate sup and you're here half as much as I am...are you really needed?

So on a daily basis we get drilled into us on how we have to make our numbers this quarter. So what do the assholes do? Yeah, they go out and hire a CTO. Another over priced friend of a friend figure head who doesn't know or do jack shit.......:smash:

Yeah that's the ticket to being profitable......
