This week is always different. I'll be at the bar surrounded by Penn State fans with my S+G attire. This year will be a little different cause the Phillies will be playing at the same time...then again I also sold those World Series tickets for scUM tickets this year!
10B with my father, and if the game isn't in The Shoe, then I try to find people that will go with me and look for tickets or just tailgate whever the Buckeyes are. But if not that, then I usually watch with family or friends at somebodies house. I've only watched twice at a bar. Iowa 2004 (gross), and MSU 2008 (awesome). MSU was the best because it was an MSU bar in downtown Chicago, and it was $25 all you can eat and drink. Best deal ever!
I watch every game at the bar. I must say that the bar enviroment around here is very different than other areas when the bucks are on, you shut the fuck up. If you are not an avid football fan and you walk in during the game YOU WILL get the message to leave. TBDBITL playing on the jukebox before and after the game. 200 people singing every word to every song. After the Wisconsin game we played Carmen Ohio and I didn't see anybody who wasn't tearing up. It has to be one of the best enviroments outside Columbus.
i watch a big ohio state bar in the city. i like to watch it with buckeye fans b/c it gives the feeling of being at the game. you can't hear shit, and half the time i don't know who made the play but that's why i usually dvr the games and rewatch them later in the week.
I get banished to the studio, but, It's closer to the beer so it's all good... Only bad thing, after Malcolm Jenkins INT to seal the Wisky game I almost put my fist through the low cieling in that room. Oh well, it's got the bean bag chair and easy access to beer, so it's all good :)
