Basement shower is tiled, grouted, and sealed. Finishing skim coating above and around shower and then some paint and my big bathroom project will be done! I'm very happy the way it turned out for my first time doing tile work

Anyone here have any experience painting with dark trim? I'm pretty new to paint period, but I've only been around light colored trim.

All three of these look weird to me, so obviously I'm not helpful in sorting this out myself.

Obviously this is a cell phone picture. The actual trim color is espresso, or a dark rich brown, with light light tan walls.

We like the dark trim, it goes with the tan walls and other items in our house, but can't figure out what to paint the doors with.

Ugh. Gutters pulling away on one side of the house. Fixed. Other side? Gutter is still attached to the board....but the damned board is pulling away. Might need to call someone qualified......instead of making Mrs. Katt fix it like I do everything else.

Just move someplace else.

Thanks, it helps having a few other sets of eyes. I think the dark doors would just be too much.

The color is currently lacquered wood (except for that door, which is strangely white), and it's orange-ish, "$50 table at Staples" style wood.
