Home Repairs/HoneyDo List/Advice & Tips/etc.

I think I'd have the same issue with the Finish pacs as I do the Cascade pacs, the slope isn't steep enough and the cup is too deep. This is a recent GE model with the detergent cup designed to hold Cascade pacs, so I'm not sure how well liquid detergent would work, or if it's even a "recommended" option.

Sounds like your dishwasher is wackie nu nu.

I take it you've seen/heard those horrible commercials on your trips down here, then. Because retail is a wackie nu nu!

Yup! I figured you would get the reference! I was up around 3:30 one morning flipping through channels and ended watching the whole infomercial. They are fantastic!

You don't have dishwasher! You have dishrinser!

Ok so..had a lightning strike in the neighborhood 2 weeks ago, blew out my sprinkler controller box. I'm looking to get a new one... I WANT a wifi connected one, I'm leaning towards the Rachio or the Skydrop ... unfortunately the internet has failed me with a lack of reviews from known websites or comparisons... does anyone here have one of these guys or am I wasting my money... Keep in mind, I live in Texas and watering the lawn can be expensive.

Looks really interesting. But I didn't see any mention of lightning protection?

So we just moved about 2 months ago. All the projects at our first house I did paid off and helped us walk away after buying the new place with some cash.

So I've got my "office/buckeye room" just about ready to go. Currently painting the ceilings, but when that's done, the walls will be ready for paint.

I remember there being a thread on here years ago about the correct color/color codes for the scarlet and gray colors. Anyone help me find it?

Believe if you go to Home Depot they have it.
