HC Ryan Day (National Champion)

This year especially. Coming off the three years of cheating it was paramount to put those cocksuckers in their place. I'm still dumbfounded.

And even if Day delivers the Natty next week his job number 1 for 2025 is to fix his Vulvarine problem.

Looking at the schedule next year, we could very well need to win The Game to make the damn playoffs.

One thing I've noticed through the playoff run is that there hasn't been much mention of the "fans" in interviews from the team. Granted, I've not listened to every single one for the last month, but a lot of what I've read is "playing for coach, playing for the team" etc. I remember maybe one Buckeye Nation dropped in somewhere. Not that they need or even should be talking about the fans, but I found it interesting. The group has referenced the negative comments a lot. I understand why.

Regardless, I've always respected Day, thought he was a good coach but haven't been very vocal about it. There have definitely been some things to critique as well. If he somehow pulls this off, wins it all on Monday, then leaves, I don't blame him. Probably might respect him even more.

Agree.

That is not healthy for anyone involved.

Stopped watching about 14 minutes in because it was quite depressing. Clear that the ‘lows’ are much lower than the heights of the ‘highs’. Not sure if this has always been the case or if something shifted after this year’s tcun game.
Their children had to be pulled out of school for a time because of it.

When someone threatens your child, that is an ENTIRELY different beast.

Yup. It’s also why I cringe at the jokes made about the ‘lunatic fringe.’ People can have their opinions and joke, I guess. It’s real enough that it _does_ impact Day’s kids as well as the kids on the team. And for fuck sake, don’t justify any of this shit under the heading of “they are getting paid…” Nobody deserves that. No kid, no college kid either.

People fucking suck.

I deplore/despise the portion of every fanbase that decides they can live vicariously through the lives of the players and coaches of the team they follow. When fucksticks do that, they inevitably take it too goddam far. I can only hope they learn their lesson before karma provides it. Fuck every one of the people that goes after a player, coach, or family member of those groups.
