HC Ryan Day (2019 B1G Media COY)

What don't you understand?
Your response to a 32 minute press conference was :tibor:
Exactly.

None of that matters, does it? What is this, the Geheime Staatspolizei?

So you want me to put 2 and 2 together for you, correct?

You'll have to forgive me, I enjoy dialogue and people making a fucking point with their posts. My best guess is that you didn't actually watch the presser and just wanted to shit on Day for the sake of it. Trust me dude, I'm very much out on Day at the moment as well. I just don't think posts like yours add a thing to this thread. You're beating a dead horse just for the sake of it and it gets old coming to a board for information and seeing people consistently shitting on the coach/team. There will come a time and place for the post mortem on this season and the Day tenure. Until then, there's still a home playoff game being played in two weeks against an SEC team and the potential for a National Championship. Rather than sulk and take jabs, I'm choosing to move on and support the coach/team. You should consider doing the same.

Oh, you used the "f" word, that must mean you've won! Congrats!!!

I made a point, and I listened to the entire presser, thus my response.

lolzzz!!!!!!!!!!!

And I couldn't care less. How about that? I'm not subject to the statue quo, here, or anywhere, and never will submit.

LOL!!!!!! Carry on...

Ahhh, there it is!!! Your assumptions and witch hunt are revealed.

I support the team, not your opinion of what that means.

Sorry, 'daddy', but my posts aren't made to fulfill you, nor are they whining, nor are they posted to fulfill your desires of what you want to see here.

I expressed my opinion, and thoughts, and obviously these are not to be tolerated by the thought police.

Finally, some actual dialogue. Thanks, that’s all I wanted from you. Let’s move on.

Seems like a good time for a kind reminder that we do not bash players or coaches on BP.
That rule seems to have gone by the wayside over the last year or two. Personally, I would like to see it enforced the way it used to be. There is absolutely nothing wrong with legitimate criticism and discussion, but outright bashing is not needed. That rule and it's enforcement is one of the things that used to set BP apart and above other groups on the webz.

As someone who has been off the wagon, just hoping against hope for the light to come on, I thought his presser was MUCH better than post game and he sounded better than I thought he would.

No, it's not going to have all the answers or what you want to hear, but I didn't think it was a terrible presser overall by any stretch.

That’s how I saw it as well. I just hope they let it rip against Tennessee and play loose. If they do, I think they can make some noise in the playoffs.

Worried he's entered the Coooper sphere and cannot win in critical moments. Play calling is bad and Howard the bridge QB fell apart at the worst time. He does have to win out, IMO. If key players start entering the Portal, you'll have your answer.

I go back and forth, but the pressure to deliver some accomplishments for his team and the program is at a breaking point. Having to win an NC to stay is a really tall task, but it's going to be miserable for everyone involved if he stays without winning something.

It's a shame because next season should be a lot more fun. Lower expectations to start, but I think the team will have a higher ceiling depending on how good Sayin is and with a defense that isn't handcuffed for half the season.

I think he needs to win two playoff games to get off the hot seat. I expect winning one game would be enough for the AD, though. Lose to Tennessee and I think he should go. Don't know that he would, but he should. This is an incredibly stacked roster to have zero to show for it.

Day and the players provide the hype. They are talking NC before the season starts exactly like the players and owner talk Super Bowl , Dallas Cowboys. We saw a team in tOSU that was playing to protect something they never had they weren’t defending squat. They don’t know how to win big games…they do enough to lose.Be the hunter not the hunted.
