In both situations, OSU was dead in the water without serious help from the opposing QB.scUM was #3 and 10-1 going into that game. I think that’s a bad comparison
If you want a comparison to an inexplicably bad Michigan game doing enough to beat OSU, perhaps you'd prefer remembering the 42-41 track meet with 6 loss Michigan, where OSU only won because Devin Gardner threw the game winning 2 pter to Tyvis Powell by mistake.
