I seem to "recall" that Ted Ginn must have the record for most number of returns called back for clipping.
Teddy Ginn comparisons are simply unfair. Ginn was in another league when it came to pure speed.
I've never seen anyone close, personally.
From the Buckeyes... Joey Galloway would have come the closest. He certainly was another burner.
