cite the post. cite it. you do understand what "cite" means, don't you?
necessarily, you stayed still.

even the most natural and instinctual responses are quite complicated for some.

post #56 for starters......after i told you that i was using a rack and my style of military must of been different from yours.

What a weird web y'all weave here.

After three days here I am guessing the following:

Tibor and Stugrimson (sp) are one and the same, but they just have differennt monikers.

Same goes for JeffCat and dihard.

Buckeyeskickbuttocks should just be plain taken out of his/her misery because he/she makes no sense, ever.

Then the rest of the "users" spend their time complaining about one of the above or some other "societal" situation that is beyond control?

How am I doin'?

Here:
  1. The study of the principles of reasoning, especially of the structure of propositions as distinguished from their content and of method and validity in deductive reasoning.
    1. A system of reasoning: Aristotle's logic.
    2. A mode of reasoning: By that logic, we should sell the company tomorrow.
    3. The formal, guiding principles of a discipline, school, or science.
  2. Valid reasoning: Your paper lacks the logic to prove your thesis.
  3. The relationship between elements and between an element and the whole in a set of objects, individuals, principles, or events: There's a certain logic to the motion of rush-hour traffic.
  4. Computer Science.
    1. The nonarithmetic operations performed by a computer, such as sorting, comparing, and matching, that involve yes-no decisions.
    2. Computer circuitry.
    3. Graphic representation of computer circuitry.

uhhhhh duhhhh its #1(2).

(1)if the barbell falls, then the barbell will hit your head so you should move
(2)the barbell falls
------------------------------------------------------------------------
move your head

that is the logical argument in entire valid and sound form in 2 simple premises and one logical conclusion.

There's over 100 pounds falling from a few feet over your head... what do you do??

GET OUT OF THE WAY!!! or

Consider
A) The weight will be accelerating
B) It will hit your head with more force than a simple 100 pounds
C) 100 pounds in and of itself might cause severe damage
D) 100 pounds withe more force will well cause worse damage
E) Therefore, I should act
F) Of all the possible actions, it seems prudent to move
G) Moving at sufficient speed will avoid sever damage of contact.

And so on...

Perhaps... but ... You're reasoning it right now (like 1 says) But, of course... when you're physically dropping the weight, you're not reasoning...

well.. lets do it like this...

Go grab 100 pounds... Lift it over your head. Drop it. Report back to me what your thought process was from the moment of release to your act of moving (assuming you move at all)

if using a rack is what you're going to consider as your "style," your style sucks. how far above your head do you have that rack when you're performing the military press? if that rack is somewhere above the top of your neck (or even your chin) when you're doing front presses or above the midpoint of your head when doing presses behind your head, you have a poorly positioned rack.

again, if this is your "style," it sucks. go find someone who knows what he's doing. you obviously don't. oh yeah, are you still confused about what a barbell is?

ONLY INCORRECT IN THAT YOU USE THE ABSOLUTE TERM "EVER" I MADE SENSE ONCE BACK IN 05
Then the rest of the "users" spend their time complaining about one of the above or some other "societal" situation that is beyond control?
INCORRECT THE REST OF TH USERS ARE ALSO ME
