GTA V

SA was easily my favorite GTA. IV just got old, fast. In fact, that's what I'm worried about most with V. With all the other great sandbox games out there, (Batman comes to mind), how will they keep V from becoming another series of: Find checkpoint, chase, shoot?

If it becomes boring like V, I'll move to Saints Row...

When is it coming out though? I wanted a release date :(

People dissecting it on R*'s website, one of the cop cars license plate looks like it says OCT San Andreas....so possibly 11 months from now is the release?

God damnit, I hate reveal trailers.... Build you up, and make you wait a year.

Summer 2012 is the best guess right now. Christmas at the latest.

Loved the skyline. Also the COLORS. GTA IV is so drab.

I agree...best case scenario is Spring/Summer 2012, but weren't the other GTA's released in the fall as well?

I don't want to wait another year :(

I wouldn't be surprised if it was sooner rather than later. To me the trailer makes the game look be really far along.

I sure hope so, but IIRC they released the reveal trailer for GTA IV a good year and a half before the game released. I had the game paid off a year ahead of time.
