Can he just answer the question..Did you pass yourself as Buckeye All American Football player?Did you even attend tOSU? All his walls of text seem to try to confuse and obstruct rather than inform and tell the truth.

I'll try to answer that myself, based on the contents of his call with Vincent.

He claims he DID attend tOSU, but under a different name. We've confirmed with the archives at the university that no Strassini attended during that period. There's a disconnect here, as he adamantly denied using aliases, but says that he attended tOSU by a different name -- but it is as offered.

He claims he "allowed" the deception to continue by not correcting people who assumed he was a Buckeye All-American football player. He says other people (unnamed people) created the deception, and for some unaddressed/unexplained reasons were the ones to not just maintain that ruse, but PROMOTE it for years. He says this was a deception that was born 30 years ago, and he described himself as a hanger-on of sorts, to the program and players in the 70s, and claimed person connections (to degrees left undefined and unexplained) to unnamed players, Woody Hayes himself, and one or more parties in the Athletic Department.

He freely acknowledged what we know to be fact -- he was NOT a member of the Ohio State football or baseball teams at any point.

Vincent can expand upon that, if any expansion is possible based on what was said -- but those are the broad strokes.

I only posted the info I did on his son/wife because it was publicly available and a curious link between the John/Giovanni situations, not to disseminate info on his family. Please, nobody use any of it to initiate unwanted contact with his son or family.

Yes. Indeed, I'd encourage folks to avoid contact with any parties involved. There's no satisfaction to be had here, if the satisfaction you seek comes in the form of reasonable answers to reasonable questions. But then I appreciate the self-interested desire to pick and choose where one comes clean (to any degree) in the face of something that went on this long. Where it speaks to OSU, he has plainly acknowledged (as above) that he was not part of the program as he allowed (employing HIS language here, conceptually) people to believe.
