A gigantic brownish multilegged crawly insect just dropped onto my desk from above and ran into a pile of papers I need to work on tonight. After attaching all the highlighters in the office together and poking at the pile from a safe distance, I have been unable to locate the critter. Having pulled the keyboard off the desk and to the center of the room, which I figure is ideal for surveillence purposes, I am trying to decide on a course of action and could use some advice. I figure if anyone can come up with the perfect solution to this very serious dilemna, it's yous guys. Suggestions?

P.S. Just heard something... I think it's laughing at me.
 
It sounds like a house centipede.

Ughhh another one??? Think if I leave it on the screen it will draw out the one that's stalking me?

I'm thinking of running out the door and driving a safe distance away... think Ohio would be far enough?

I think it's humming the theme to 'Jaws.'
