I have misplaced my pants.
I don't have an answer. The NCAA seems to like to stress the "scholar" in "scholar-athlete." Maybe legallizing some stuff would emphasize the "athlete." By keeping most stuff illegal, maybe they get the feel that all players are still college students who just happen to be playing football.scooter1369 said:I can see ephedra and its similar drugs being banned. They've cost too many lives of athletes trying to get an edge.
I can't see the point in banning known growth aids that have virtually no side effects. I never have taken them, even when in the service though several of my buddies did.
It doesn't make sense to me, either. Not much the NCAA does makes sense to me.
Interesting. I never heard that. Did the report say WHY these girls are using steroids? I would think that 'roids are the last thing that these girls would want, since most pre-teen and teenage girls want nothing more than to be popular. I would think 'roids would turn them into freaks.scooter1369 said:Hell, I read a story not long ago that the second biggest abusers of 'Roids are teenage and pre-teen girls. Where is Congress on that issue?
