The thing about our smaller quicker linebackers is that they will make tackles that yours will miss.
On paper, quicker would mean more chances to tackle, but that doesn't guarantee the tackle will be executed.

Our linebackers rarely miss tackles and are very fast as well so I don't really think you can say your linebackers will be making more tackles...but we'll see what happens in 23 days...

i dunno i may be a complete idiot but id take the bigger linebackers that are just as fast if not faster.
Don't forget that they are proven winners and studs...in college ...and Carp and Hawk will be first rounders...I don't really know of anything bad about either one of those two that could be said...they are both intelligent, good leaders, big, fast, and are gamers...and our MLB position has some pretty decent talent too

On ESPN News Cooper just gave Mack Brown some advice because "we had the same problem at Ohio State against Michigan"... no, YOU had a problem against Michigan you jackass.

His advice was to do everything the same against Oklahoma as you would any other week. Yeah, it worked real well for you didn't it Cooper. Tressel comes in and can count down the days until the Michigan game half a year away, obviously he doesn't treat it like "any other game". Who's strategy has worked out better? I don't think Cooper can give advice on facing rivals, and obviously his advice is appropriately bad.

Anyways, I thought that was mildly relevant to this thread. Hopefully Mack takes that advice and applies it against Ohio State too.
