By the way, it was somewhat rude of me to not post the latest forecast for tomorrow, and tomorrow night. Here is the latest.

Saturday: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 209. Dewpoints around 95. Calm wind becoming south southeast between 5 and 10 mph.

Saturday Night: A 10 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 170. Dewpoints around 90. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.

It just keeps getting hotter......my fingers are burning just typing about that Austin heat.

Were getting reports that ESPN is concerned that they are not going to have a place to set up the Gameday (sponsored by Home Depot) stage. There is also concern that things will be so hot tomorrow night in Austin that spontaneous combustion could become an issue, especially before sundown. They have the fire dept. on standby.

They were building it yesterday when I walked past the stadium. It was at one end of Texas's soccer field, which is right next to DKR.

Good luck guys. I hope for a great game to follow up last year. For any of you in Austin, travelling to Austin, have a great time, win or lose.

I am going to predict a nailbiter on this one. I think Texas' defense is going to perform extraordinarily well with a great crowd behind them. I think tOSU's running game will prove to be the difference, as I expect a lot of focus from Chizik on the pass, leaving some extra wiggle room for tOSU's running game. If Pittman converts, and takes advantage, you guys will take control of the game. That being said, I think our D-Line plays up to the hype, and as long as Robison doesn't cheat in too much, they will keep Pittman at bay.

I don't expect a great day from the UT offense, but in line with my above statments, they won't need to have a world beating day. This one comes down to a FG at the end. UT wins 28-27, as a last second tOSU FG goes wide right.

It's been real, talk to the board next week. I hope you guys win all of your games this season other than this one.
