SportsCenter did not pick Texas to win all it's games. They just listed Texas as their preseason #1 pick.

To me all the top 10 teams have big questions marks so I think this year more than any other you are going to see much more variation throughout the top 10 in the preseason polls in a while.

They picked them #1 yesterday. Then they said they were going to project each week of the season over the next 2 weeks. I think all that's been posted in this thread is that ESPN-SC picked Texas to win the game on Sept. 9th.

Chizik needs help with Math 101

This is one of those Yogi Berra moments.

Last year the 'Horns hauled in 11 picks on D.

Here is a quote by Chizik about what he wishes happened last year.

Even xray would allow that half of 23 is 11.5, and even rounded up, making half those catches doesn't get you to vault to national leader status.

Just a humorous and ironic juxtaposition of meaning and intent. :tongue2:

(I know - he meant 23 OTHER balls).
