If someone could find out if i could see this game in RI I would appreciate it.

Check your local or regional sports networks if you have any. A lot of times ESPN will sell the right to show non-marquee college football matchups to those types of stations. For example, I'm going to be able to watch OSU-Cincy on Altitude Sports here in Denver.
