Anybody know if you can "order" the game from your local provider? I live on the East Coast and would like to watch the game. My cable provider doesn't offer the BTN, but I wasn't sure if there was another way. I know in the past I've heard of people ordering regular season games. Anyone?

No, you can't.

Your restraint is admirable, sir. What he said. Bury the bastards.

Motivation to beat the Badgers? - yes

Revenge by Tressel? - he's not saying

Is the "Wizard of Oz" seeding the players with information about previous losses ? - yes

Is he a little bit pissed ? - IMO he is showing restraint but never forgot the dancing at midfield in 2004.

BuckeyeXtra - The Columbus Dispatch : Revenge factor difficult to deny

Tressel is 1-3 against Wisconsin, and considering he has only 14 losses at Ohio State, that's significant. The last of those defeats, in 2004, was particularly galling. Ohio State was coming off a shocking loss to Northwestern and looking to get healthy.
The Buckeyes blew a 10-0 lead and lost 24-13. Then, several Badgers danced on the Block O at midfield. Ohio State players rushed to defend their turf, and a brief scrum broke out. Tressel, trying to make peace in the middle, got knocked to the ground.
"He wasn't too happy about that," said Freeman, a freshman that season.
So if ever there were an opponent that Tressel might have a personal desire to beat, Wisconsin would seem to be it.

These guys need to lose and lose bad - the most humiliating, overwhelming, crushing, one-sided beat down ever. Defeat them so that they will never want to return to Ohio. Put them in their place and end this curse. Return the Badgers to the holes and spank them within inches of their life.

Anyone getting pumped about the game?

If we think Jim Tressel will ease up on them at all even in the last seconds of the fourth quarter, think twice. He may be subdued and restrained but he wants their asses hung out to dry. We do it this Saturday with the opening drive and don't let up until 60 minutes has passed.

I hope you are saying that with Sarcasim... Because UW is not even close to our 1st test. I want the badgers to lose a very painful slow game the closer we get to saturday the more I get fired up over wisconsin. I can't stand them

Of course it's with sarcasm. Every week that the Buckeyes play, it's our "first real test"

Anyone who doesn't think that Tressel is going to let loose the dogs of hell against the team that disrespected our field after our last game with them needs to look at the scores of the three games we've played against Northwestern since they upset us in 2004: 48-7, 54-10, 58-7 (average score 53-8). They are the only team against whom we've consistently run up the score. Wisconsin will be the second...

Buckeyes get chance for revenge on Badgers Wisconsin has three-game win streak over OSU
By George M. Thomas Beacon Journal sportswriter
Published on Wednesday, Oct 31, 2007
COLUMBUS: Ohio State tight end Rory Nicol calls it disrespect. The last time Wisconsin came into Ohio Stadium, the Badgers left with a 24-13 victory.
''The memory I have of Wisconsin is No. 1 them beating us and No. 2 them dancing on the Block O,'' Nicol said. ''They beat us though, at home, and I think that's the bitter taste that everybody's got in their mouth right now, that they've had success against us at home.''

College football: Win over OSU would stoke resurgence at Wisconsin

Thursday, November 1, 2007 4:00 AM
By Shawn Mitchell

The Columbus Dispatch

Bashing preseason college football polls has become a sport of late, and one has to look no further than Wisconsin to see why. The Badgers, coming off a 12-1 season in which they could have challenged Ohio State for the Big Ten title had the teams met, began this season No. 7 in the Associated Press poll.
A 21-point win over Washington State in the opener propelled them to No. 5. But would a top-five team struggle to beat UNLV? Would it give up 31 points to The Citadel, a Football Championship Subdivision team?
