OSU-ND: Wicked every time
OSU-TX: Great most of the time but xray et. al. made sure there were fireworks.
OSU-USC: Next year's USC thread is going to set the servers on fire. Mark it down.

OSU-YSU: You have GOT to be kidding me.

This has nothing to do with the competitiveness of the game. It has everything to do with the amount of mutual respect that I expected us to have.

First, the USC thread next year will be nuts, i agree cant wait for a good laugh

i just read penguins response and no worries, he didn't see the "[/sarcasm]" but whatever, he did overreact a tttad bit though :)

all i see are fireworks going off between buckeyes because some feel we shouldn't be in this game, but this YSU team is better than most MAC teams.. end of discussion as far as im concerned.

Look, the way I see it, they'll play asses off and probably put forth an effort that would be enough to beat Northwestern. Only, they wouldn't get geeked for NW and would get beat anyway- they get geeked for the big games. Unfortunately for them, they're playing Ohio State, and we own NW like it's our job. Why? Because we're better.

You call it pompous, I call it the truth.

I never said YSU had a chance to beat us, but rather took exception to your (and others') comments and attitude that they don't even belong on the same field. If they could possibly beat Northwestern (by your own admission), then Northwestern doesn't belong on the same field as us? Might as well notify the Big Ten office and tell them to no longer schedule Northwestern for us...

No, about 30-40 stomp a mudhole, and about 60-70 beat YSU by less than 20. For the umpteenth time, YSU is no less--and maybe more--competitive than Akron or Kent State (YSU leads the all-time series against both).

Sorry about that (the post)...........I lost my cool there for a minute............Didn't see the sarcasm remark.

YSU gets a lot of smack from many other I-AA teams, was drinking a little....consider it an alcohol related incident.

It is a frustrating game for fans that are both for YSU and tOSU. I am both a YSU and tOSU fan. I don't want YSU to lose too badly because they will drop far in the I-AA polls and it could impact the chances of making the playoffs if they don't win their conference.

At the same time, I don't want YSU to have a close game against tOSU, because I don't want to hear all of the Michigan and ND fans that I know to give me crap in a the slim chance that the game would be close for awhile.

I am already catching hell at work, because all I hear about is how YSU will need and extra ambulance for all of the casualties that they will sustain during the game.

I guess that I hope that YSU plays tough for the first half and then lose how they are supposed to lose.
