On a different note. I just started Book 3 today. Brans story line was very hard to get through. Everytime I see his name on the chapter I get depressed. I really like how the books go into a lot of detail on all the tactical stuff in the battles.

Bran is one of my favorite characters. Hang in there.
Charles Dance, aka Tywin Lannister. Jaime, Cersei, and Tyrion's dad. Hand of the King to the Mad king, Joffrey, and now Tommen.

So that was not the best episode, to be honest. Loved the scenes with Tywin. Very uncomfortable scene with Cersei and Jaimie. Always bored with Sam the Slayer and Gilly. Podrick and Tyrion was a nice moment for both of them. And Daario certainly brought it at the end. But mostly blah.

Apparently a lot of people around the internets found the sept rape scene distasteful.

No word yet on how they felt the previous week when characters were being burned alive, Ramsey was literally hunting a girl, and there were multiple close up shots of a teenager choking to death.

It is one of those scenes I just straight fast-forwarded through on a 2nd viewing. I mean, I get it, but it's absurdly uncomfortable to watch. Kind of hurt Jamie's redemption story as well.

It is an odd twist in his story. I do agree with that. But I find it kinda funny that this particular scene is being viewed as such a horrible thing. Yeah, if it happened in real life it would be horrible. But this is a TV show. Also, of all the horrible things that have happened in this show, why wait until season 4 to throw a fit? There have been some unthinkable acts of cruelty in this show.

This post isn't directed at you really.. it's directed at the people with mountains of sand under their vaginas.
