Spoiler: Quick Thoughts

Thought it was a good episode. Really expected the NK to head South and lay waste to King's Landing while his army attacked Winterfell. Saw a theory about that based on Bran's vision of a dragon over King's Landing a few seasons ago.

What point did the crows serve? It's not like the NK didn't know exactly where Bran was.

The red woman paying off her prediction to Arya was good enough for me. Yeah, her other contributions proved useless and her death was dumb but she served her purpose by giving Arya the Tony D'Amato speech that saved humanity.

Really thought it would be the Hound who would sacrifice himself for Arya.

Theon went out about as dumb as he lived.

What happened to Ghost? One minute he's running along side Jorah only to never be seen again.

This is exactly where I am. First pass this AM was positive and avoided all social media until I watched it... but need to go back an rewatch for more detail.

Yeah. They went out a bit too meekly. I get that you only have so much time to air the show and they did that for dramatic affect, but it somehow made them seem feeble. That's a small quibble for me though considering that the writing for the first 2 episodes seemed driven so strongly towards satisfying fanboys. This episode moved the storylines forward - maybe even too fast, but at least the stories moved forward. During the first 2 episodes, very little movement.

Well, like a lot of Schiano and Davis games, there were plenty of casualties... and they still seemed to win the war.
