It is my understanding that he has to declare by Sunday midnight which is the deadline so we probably will be hearing something this week

I don't understand what has caused him to wait this long. He is basically the last domino to fall this year. Not a hard decision when you're a projected lotto pick, you go or only come back if you feel really strongly that you want another year of college.
