Funniest Childrens Names

BoxCar_Willie

The World's Favorite Hobo
Our Realtor told me his wife was pregnant with a boy recently and they were naming him Khan, as in "Genghis Khan". He looked rather proud of himself for selecting the name. I said, "Khan? Like The Wrath of Khan?"(One of my favorite movies) He looked at me and said NO!!. I contorted my face emotionally, using my cell phone like a Star Trek communicator in my best intense William Shatner imitation I yelled "KHANNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!"

They just had a boy, they named him "Thomas". God I hope I had something to do with that. Nobody should be named Khan.

I saw this black comedian years ago that said their names came from putting random letters on dice and then throwing the dice. Whatever came up was the name. I think that is true for everyone now.

Our boys have plain old Christian names. It seems like it is once every few weeks I hear some kid's name and have to gently find out if it is a boy or a girl.

My assistant is expecting and she was telling me her choice of names. I just rolled my eyes. When she told our boss he quickly came up with a nasty nickname because he thought she was kidding. She wasn't and has now decided to seek other names.

A freshman on our football team this year...Truck.

Really I don't know if Truck was his "real"name. But that is what he was called all the time. And apparently, that was what his mom called him also. I never even heard his real name(If Truck wasn't his real name). He signed all of his papers with the name Truck, but of course that doesn't mean anything.

Kids I've encountered in the school system...

Pronouciation--actual spelling

Lamonzhello--Lemonjello
Oranzhello--Orangejello
Shith-heed-Shithead

Some folks need a license to become parents.

Consistently choosing unintentionally (or intentionally?) stupid or funny names for future children should be cause to refuse admission to the parenting club.

Yo, yo, dey just wants dey children to be unique and shit, yo. :roll1:

How about parents naming their kids "Sir", "Mister", etc., so that "they get respect". Just because they have a title as their name doesn't mean they'll automatically be respected.
