How about.. umm.. CRAP! I can't remember what it's called. Denzel Washington is a detective and he finally catches some serial killer who's executed, and it turns out that the guy wasn't bad - it was some demon who had possessed him. And the demon escapes and goes around tormenting his life some more.

The whole movie is narrated by Denzel Washington, so you think the main character is telling the story. And the very end you figure out that it's the demon telling the story.

CRAP! I'm going to go nuts trying to remember what the flippin' movie is called.

Fantastic movie. Just watched it last week for the umpteenth time.

Also just FYI, if ya like twists, watch basically any japanese horror. My god are they awesome. The version of the Grudge that we got over here was asbolute crap cause they removed the damn twist. Since I saw the jap version of that, I have gotten into this j-horror kick. They are so awsome. We dont know how to make a scary movie over here anymore.

I'm not sure if it qualifies as a true plot twist or not, but I always liked the ending to Seven. Also to prove I may be the biggest dork on BuckeyePlanet, the best plot twist in a video game is in Knights of the Old Republic.

What about the plot twist at the end of Bionic Commando, when your character goes back into the base, seconds before it's supposed to explode, and saves Super Joe and grapples the helicopter as it's escaping.
