Favorite Place to get a Burger?

A couple that I haven't seen mentioned..

River City Cafe (Myrtle Beach)
The Rusty Bucket (Columbus)

As far as fast food goes.. Rally's is the shit. I need to try In-and-Out Burger..

EDIT: Old Bag of Nails ftw

Definitely. First time I went, I made the mistake of ordering a large fries...had no idea how much food they give you

Have to agree. Five Guys is delicious.

Also really enjoy Sonic's Pepper Jack Toaster.

As far as C-bus goes, I know it's a chain, but Ted's Montana Grill's Bison Burgers are off the thingthing.

MililaniBuckeye, Have you ever tried this place in Kauai (Kapaa and Hanalei)? I did eat at a Bubba's in Honolulu a 5 or 6 years years ago; however I don't see that location on their website.

Only been to Kauai once (back in '92), so I missed that one, and haven't noticed a Bubba's on Oahu yet.

doesn't get much better than in-n-out. can't wait till they expand out east
Don't hold your breath. When I was in LA for the USC game, I went to In 'N Out with my kid who now lives in LA, and she said the owners won't expand out of Cali except for the few they already have (e.g., Phoenix) because they want control of the business and fear a decline in quality if they over-extend.

Speaking of my time in LA, my kid took me to a Carl's Jr. near her place for a jalapeno burger, and it was excellent...much better than I expected for a Carl's Jr. burger.

I've got to ask...what's so special about In and Out Burger? I checked out their website and it looks pretty ordinary.

All this talk of burgers is making me hungry!~

It's like Sonic, except with a smaller menu, and only on the West coast.

Its not unique, except for the fact that you can customize your order and get as much of whatever you want on it. It's pretty damn satisfying, though.

Edit: As an aside, all the times I've been to In-N-Out Burger, I was horribly hung over and a few hours away from taking my flight back to the Midwest.

One of the big deals with In-N-Out is that they only serve burgers & fries. They have a hamburger, a cheeseburger, and a double. That's it! On that point alone, In-N-Out wins since you don't have to stand in a line while some assbag looks at the menu.

Now, even if you don't believe they actually use 100% fresh ground beef like they claim, at least their burgers don't taste like they've been stored in a cooler with chicken patties and fish fillets and God knows what else.

Not gonna lie, you did not make it sound as good as I was hoping. :(

In no particular order: The original Max and Erma's in German village, in Cincinnati it's Anderson Township Pub, Salem Gardens, (Anderson) Zip's (Mount Washington), The Big Klu Burger (named for Ted Kluzewski) at the City View, (Lower Mount Adams), The Back Porch, (Fairfield) The Friendly Stop, (Glendale) Miner's (St. Bernard), Chicken on the Run (Silverton) and Quatman's (Norwood). If you're willing to go West of Vine Street (that's a real cultural barrier in this city) West Side Chili offers a cheese burger topped with a slice of goetta for a sure way to instantly clog arteries, Nick and Tom's in Bridgetown has a great burger and you can wash it down with a bowl of their black bean soup with a huge dollup of sour cream (acts on the same engineering principal as the backfire bomber). What a coincidence that they all sell good beer too.
