Favorite Place to get a Burger?

I'm not ashamed to admit that I jones for White Castle a few times a month. The closest one is in Kansas City. :(

About a month ago I went to Red Robin for the first time. For a chain, they make a mighty fine burger.

I like buffalo burgers too, at various joints around town.

We really don't get the gourmet type of burgers here in South Africa, although the local chain Spur and Steers both have good flame-broiled burgers. I used to really like the Steak 'n Ale burgers years ago. I guess my favorite American burger is the Garbage Burger at Max and Erma's.

In Mandalay Place ( the elevated mall that runs between Mandalay Bay and the Luxor) there's a joint called the Burger Bar. they have a Kobe Beef and Black Truffle burger for $65. it was quite possibly the best thing i've ever eaten.

A) Just won big so $65 did not mean anything

B) I was drunk at the time so $65 didn't mean anything

If anyone offers me a burger made from "Kobe's Beef," I'm running as fast as I can the other direction!
