A friend, Annie Baylor, took over the kitchen and added Not Here to the sign outside. After 20 years, the story still adds spice to a fun little restaurant where green chile cheeseburgers, chicken chimichangas and huge piles of nachos are some of the most popular menu items. (For those who haven't yet encountered one, a chimichanga is a giant deep-fried burrito.) The

The chimis are among the largest in the City Different. Dave's Not Here may be the last restaurant in Santa Fe that doesn't accept credit cards.
