NewsRadio, before Phil Hartman's death. The first three seasons (95-97) with the complete original cast were absolutely brilliant. After Khandi Alexander left for ER and Phil Hartman's death, Lovitz taking his place, the show went to shit.

Can't forget Dave Foley's other show, The Kids in the Hall.
