All in the Family - A classic that is still funny. It is sad to think that a new show like that would never make it on the air today

Taxi - The first time I laughed at a show on TV until I cried was during the Rev. Jim taking his driver's license written test scene.

Soap - The satire and making fun of soap operas (and their "plot" lines) cracked me up. Especially when many soap opera watchers didn't get it.

MASH - Especially the earlier years. Towards the end, the focus shifted more to delivering a "message" rather than delivering laughs.

WKRP in Cincy - As a youngin, Loni Anderson kept me glued to the "boob" tube.

Seinfeld - I still watch it and still laugh out loud.

Arrested Development - Could always count on it for a good laugh.

My Name is Earl - Easily my current non-animated favorite show to make me laugh.

South Park - Funniest show on today. New season starts Wednesday

Family Guy - For me, right up there with South Park.

NewsRadio, before Phil Hartman's death. The first three seasons (95-97) with the complete original cast were absolutely brilliant. After Khandi Alexander left for ER and Phil Hartman's death, Lovitz taking his place, the show went to shit.

I wish A&E still showed reruns of NewsRadio. That show was great!

After much deliberation, a few beers, sleeping on it, a few cups of coffee, and more deliberation; thinking about what shows made me laugh out loud the most, maybe even regularly had me in tears and grasping my side because it hurt, I've come to realize that The Kids in the Hall, NewsRadio, Seinfeld, Whose Line Is It Anyway all have to take a back seat to one show:

Mystery Science Theater 3000

What about the episode where the cab company shut down and they all had to get new jobs? Reverend Jim got a job selling vacuum cleaners, Louie was a stock broker, etc. Great stuff.

Dang, I forgot about Soap. That show was hilarious.

Not only that, but I thought it wasn't as funny without Frank Burns. Still, I watched it until the end.
