Famous/Popular Buckeye Fans (Official Thread)

It was Rick. Totally ruined his basketball career. I know his dad tried to sign him up for crip basketball, but it just wasn't the same.

Then he had to try to fuck Ashley in a wheelchair. And Ashley was into ecstasy, so obviously he was missing out.

Fucking Rick.

I have been an Ohio State football and basketball fan for 12 of my 18 years of existence. I have experienced the pride and joy of the 2003 National Championship in football. But unfortunately, I have also been through the three National Championships lost in a span of two years and went to my 4th grade class to face hours of insults and ridicule. As if that wasn't enough heartbreak, I then experienced tattoo scandal within the football team that led to the firing of the great Jim Tressel and the vacating of the Sugar Bowl Championship from the year before. However, throughout all of this, I have remained part of Buckeye Nation. I always attend the Ohio State vs IU football game every time the Buckeyes come to my hometown, Bloomington, IN, and I am always the sole Buckeye in the middle of bitter Hoosiers that is cheering to the very end. Thus, it only makes sense to induct an Ohio State fan that has been through so much during his fan tenure, yet still supports the Buckeye Faithful day in and day out. I know you will make the right choice and induct a true fan. Go Bucks!

What is this nonsense?

He had to "endure" losing in NC games? Boo fucking hoo kid. I mean shit, we all know how Bloomington fucking Indiana is a hotbed of Buckeye hatred. To top it off, he says going to the game in Bloomington, against the Bucks, he is "surrounded by hoosiers"? How? It's been all Buckeye fans at those games since the forward pass.

You haven't endured shit unless you lived and rooted for tOSU under Coop.

Hell, I waited in line, outside, in sub-freezing temperatures, for at least a couple hrs, just to get my picture taken with the Crystal Football. I went to the Shoe on January 18th, 2003 in damn near sub-ZERO temps just to see the Champs one more time and to, in some small way, extend that magical season just a little bit. I still have every single Sunday sports section from the Dispatch and the Newark Advocate for every game that year.

And I was in 4th grade when Coop was hired and had to endure sitting next to a huge tsun fan for most of High School due to alphabetical order seating arrangements.

I still wouldn't have the audacity to nominate myself as some sort of superfan because there are Buckeyes that did roughly the same shit whilst also having been alive to see the traitorous bastard win in '69.

Also, no true tOSU superfan would know about the fucking contest to begin with because it's being done by the WWL.

He had to "endure" losing in NC games? Boo fucking hoo kid. I mean [Mark May], we all know how Bloomington fucking Indiana is a hotbed of Buckeye hatred. The whole time reading that I expected it to end with him having cancer or something. Sounds like he's just a normal kid growing up in a town that doesn't give a crap about college football. Kind of a weird story.

I like this part best too: "bitter Hoosiers that is cheering to the very end"
Like you said, they don't even show up... let alone stay past the 3rd quarter.
My sister worked at IU for years and regularly wore Ohio State stuff around campus and what passes as a town there... nobody cared.

In the larger picture, we're OHIO STATE fans. WTF do we possibly have to cry about? "Waaah, we only won ten games this year! Fire everybody!" It's like being the smart pretty daughter of two happily married Upper Arlington professionals and losing your shit when you get your first B+ in school. We've already won a fucking lottery ticket just by being OHIO STATE fans.
