ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

Hmmmmmm, charter schools. I think there was something here in Cinci just a few years back - Cincinnati Sports Academy? Not to be confused with CAPE, a CPS school. The one I'm thinking of might have had a different name to disguise it's purpose, but soon collapsed in scandle.

ESPN is the first to get their rankings out following week one's games.

Clemson stays at #2. Georgia stays at #5.

Makes sense. It's all about proving it on the field.

There has to be some mistake. Domers haven't even played yet, how can you have a top 4 without giving them a legit shot at a totally undeserved ranking?

So the marquee game of the first week of college football between two perennial top 10 teams is meaningless.

Not meaningless. It more firmly established Clemson's hold on #2.

I do think these ratings are incorrect or premature, but the fact that they contain justification for staying the same is a puzzlement.
