ESPN (A bunch of Death-Spiraling maroons)

I didn't know where to put this. My comment is about ESPN, but it's actually to give them some credit: I'm digging this Goal Line show. I've only been watching about 10 minutes, though, so they still have time to screw it up. Is this something new?
They've had it for at least a few years. I believe it typically lives on a stand-alone channel.

Mississippi State has clearly surpassed '05 USC as the greatest team of all time.

I also find it humorous that in a conference inundated with cheating, the historical doormats who said "screw it" and REALLY started cheating are now the two best teams in the conference and no one can do anything about it because snitches get stitches in the SEC.

Think everyone is jumping off that wagon after recent events. They'll use 'no big wins' as the excuse.
Just ignore they're all the same people who campaigned for his heisman last year.

If FSU beats ND handily they jump back to #1.

Half of my master plan has played out with Ole Miss over Bama and MSST over Auburn. We just need Bama to beat MSST and Auburn to beat Ole Miss and Egg/Iron Bowl weekend will be hilarious. Trying to rank teams after that in order to form a top 4 will be a NIGHTMARE.

Oh, that's easy. They're all tied for number one, and they all get in the playoff.

Todays comical bit from ESPNSEC...........................

It’s time to pay attention to: Kentucky. The Wildcats are a triple-overtime loss away from being 6-0, and they are right behind Georgia in the SEC East. A win at LSU this weekend would legitimize the progress the program has made under Mark Stoops and make it bowl eligible for the first time since 2010. This team already has more wins than it had in the past two seasons combined. A playoff dark horse? With a win over LSU, it just might be.

lol @ beating LSU this year making anyone legit, and Kentucky being anywhere near a playoff "contender" that triple OT loss was to a bad Florida team and their 5 wins have came against nobodies

Kentucky is trending in the right direction and will probably beat LSU next week.
But I don't think they're anything more than a team deserving to be ranked 20-25 or so.

then again, the way things are going this year, who the hell knows what's gonna happen.

Nothing new about it, of course, and it is my own fault for tuning in to Mike&Mike, but...I am really sick of hearing Herbie play toady apologist for Jameis. If I had a dollar for every time he's made an excuse for him, I'd have almost as much $$ as JW made from selling his autograph.

The line of reasoning that the school & coach should believe the guy is innocent because he said he was? Yeah, right. Because everybody knows a thief/vandal/cheat/(alleged)rapist would never stoop to lying.

Kind of like we should have believed Brewster when he said he wasn't involved in Tatgate Herbie? Oh wait...
