100 players and coaches going on yacht parties with hookers and what seems to be unlimited cash handouts: Makes front page 2 days later.

Oregon players being bought and showing total disrespect for the law: 2 months and no front page.

Reggie Bush's parent's win the real estate lotto: makes front page 3 years later.

Along this line:

Texas A&M announces plans to depart conference, prompting Ubben to write a blog about the move.

Just over 30 minutes later, Ubbs bumps said blog for another blog - about whether Texas can win more games this year than last year.

Gotta keep your brand front and center, you know.

On the morning following the report that 8 Miami players would be suspended and on the day of the issuance of warrants for the arrest of two LSU players, ESPN leads off Sportscenter with highlights and a subsequent discussion (totaling about 10 minutes) of last night's oh-so-meaningful Browns vs. Eagles preseason game.

Anyone think that would have been the order of things had OSU been substituted for Miami or LSU?
