At the risk of defending Rose, I thought I saw an interview with him after the special came out and he said that was how he felt as a 19 year old and not how he felt now. Parker though is not a 19 year old kid, and has already been fired from a job for his moronic ways....

Saying that ESPN probably is loving the attention this story is drawing for them, though they won't say that outloud.

You're correct about Rose, and it's an important distinction. I expect teenagers to have some foolish perceptions of the world. Rob Parker is way too old to be this stupid.

If ESPN has an ounce of integrity left they'll shit can him. I suspect BET would hire him the next day, so everyone wins. :roll1:
