Elias Ricks - The defensive back group didn’t have a ton of success on the day, going up against a very deep and talented roster of receivers. With that said, Elias Ricks had the most impressive wins during 1-on-1 drills. Ricks split reps against touted wideouts Gee Scott and Julian Fleming, who were two of the very best on the day. Ricks is a taller corner with exceptional ball skills and was able to rise and make plays on the ball in-air against the physical Scott and Fleming. There are a few corners who may be more fluid in their movements, but Ricks had the flashiest plays on the day.

Well why not play with them in college?

My heart says one thing about what this means while my head says another.

It is probably not a coincidence at all that Corey Raymond leveraged Ohio State in the exact same way earlier this year.

Obviously, I’d be quite happy if the results were different this time around (while being somewhat concerned about the implications for how Ohio State is conducting its business).
