I have a slice of buttered white bread to soak up the yolk, and then I put extra yolk goo (the stuff that's not quite solid, but definitely not liquid) on a piece of wheat toast. Can't beat it.

I bet they're struggling with wanting to jump those prices since they are so much lower than commercial eggs

Saw an article yesterday that grocers are actually eating most of the egg price increases. They are cutting back discounts elsewhere in the stores to offset keeping the retail prices lower than they should be.

Interesting. Historically milk was the loss leader. Stores cut milk prices just to get folks in the store.
