I have to go with other.

Used to be the highlight of Sunday morning was the huge Western Omelettes I would cook up.

Then I found I literally could not stomach eggs as the main ingredient of a meal.

So the closest I will get is if the eggs are in fried rice, or similar, a minority ingredient.

Damned shame - I still miss those Sunday specials.

Salmon Eggs Benedict

Bird in a Nest (Piece of white bread with a hole cut in the middle with a drinking glass, toasted with butter on a griddle, egg cooked up in the middle, soft yolk. Egg cooks into the bread making them stick together. Salt, pepper, garlic powder. The bread cut from the middle gets cut again with the round glass, making a little football and a crescent moon. Those are toasted in butter, then dipped in the egg. Probably had that breakfast about a thousand times growing up.)

Good stuff there. We always called that eggs in a basket.

I'm an over-easy guy, but I'll eat eggs just about any way they can possibly be served.

Love eggs, but had to go with "other" as my favorite, since "over-medium" wasn't an option. As someone else mentioned, over-medium is a fried egg. It is cooked to the point where all of the "white" part of the egg is done (not runny at all) but the yolk is still runny, so that you can mop it up with toast. I hate the runny, slimey over-easy eggs.

Love the breakfast sammich as well. Over-medium egg on an english muffin, croissant, toast, whatever, along with some nice breakfast meat (your call - sausage, bacon, ham, whatever), and topped with cheese. Yummy...and much better than that shit BK or McD's serves.

I'm also a big fan of the sausage gravy...you take a plate full of hash browns, put eggs on top, then smother the whole thing with sausage grave. Damn that's good.
