East Region vBet and Discussion

You know, if the Washington coaches did ask them to review the time, that is a horrible job by the refs at the end. Even the shortest time review I've seen this season was not that quick. That much time is a difference between getting a solid shot off and having to just toss up a reckless heave.

not changing the clock at the end of the unc/uw game should result in a severe penalty for the officials. that is inexcusable. in my opinion, such negligence is sufficient for a suspension without pay for the rest of the tournament.

if the officials actually checked, then just be done with them. pathetic.

These late game meltdowns remind me of the Arizona/UAB game a couple years back when the Arizona players fouled after hitting the game tying shot. TWICE. (more details to it but thats the readers digest version)

Not as big a stage as the Pitt/Butler game but pound for pound stupidity it can match up with anyone.

But it was in favor of UNC, so basically nothing will happen. :so:

They may receive a strongly worded letter from the governor of North Carolina.

WOW. Romar said they asked the refs to check the clock. The refs replied, "We already checked."

You really shouldn't expect any better from the refs when you're facing UNC or Dook though.
This is what scares me if we play Duke. You have to be ten points better than them to make up for the calls you get. UNC didn't really scare me since I believe we're a better team, refs screwing us over and all, but Duke is pretty even and possibly better with Kyrie Irving back.

if osu faces kentucky then north carolina then duke, there is zero chance that sully gets to halftime without being in foul trouble in at least one. i also think that there is zero chance that he would get to the final 5 minutes without having 4 fouls in at least one game.
