IF it this all comes to fruition, what does Fick do now? You would think it would be a step backwards to take his old job. Does he swallow that pill and see if Urban offers him a job, or does he go out and try and catch on somewhere else.

GMAFB. Typical lame scUM attempt to recharacterize the situation and try to paint OSU in a negative light. Despite what you may want to believe, I'd imagine that LF is enough of a realist to see at the beginning of the season that he was a long shot to get the job full time. And that, I'm sure, has become more evident as the team has struggled to a 6-4 start.
You make it sound as if OSU gave him a 3 year contract and is now considering firing him, or that the team is 10-0 and they're still looking for his replacement.
All things considered, going back to his former position seems like a heck of a deal, and certainly is not a bitter pill to swallow, as you suggest.
