Dublin, Ohio named one of the world's smartest cities

I didn't find it to be that exactly, but I'll allow as there are some nice folks there.

Can we change the thread title to read: "Dublin, Ohio named one of the world's
snobbiest cities"? I can't stand the goddamn place anymore. The high school kids around here need to go to a Chinese labor camp for a few years.

/Think I'm getting old?

Did someone move Upper Arlington?

Does Dublin have old people that stop 10 feet in front of the white line at a red light like seemingly every other 'burb and town in Central Ohio does?
Did you know your remarks are old fart harrasement? Ain't nuthin wrong with Dublin that a few less snot nosed younger generation wouldn't cure.

No, they have 35 year old assholes in BMWs who drive with their rallye lights on that blind old people and cause them to stop ten yards before the white stripe.

Yes. And middle-aged and young people who do the exact same thing.

Stupid knows no age, nor place.

As much as I rip on Pennsyltucky and hate Michigan, I've only ever witnessed the stopping 10 feet behind the line behavior in Ohio.
OK, you asked first about 10 feet ahead of the line; now you decry those who stop behind the line. Make up your mind.

One stops behind the line to make sure one trips the light sensor to get the change. One stops ahead of (in front of) the line because of one or another form of delusion, or in order to make life difficult for those who wish to make a turn.

I stop behind the line if I'm in the left-turn lane and I see the tell-tale pavement cut that indicates there's a load cell underneath to sense waiting traffic. I want an earlier light change to save my fuel and because I'm always in a hurry. So shoot me.

Could be worse. I've seen more red lights run in Hilliard in the last month than I had seen in any previous year.

Try Bexley, Jewish snobs.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! My threadjack changed the subject to Dublin snobs. I worked hard dammit! Start a Bexley thread if you wanna talk about their snobs. :p

P.S. - We probably don't want to start singling out specific races as being snobs. There's room for everybody!
