Disgraced Former Penn State DC Jerry Sandusky (convicted child molester)

Put him in general population at a regular prison. He won't last a year. It's obvious that he'll never realize that he did anything wrong so let him spend the last year of his life in and out of the infirmary until he gets the Opie treatment.

here is what I still don't get from this sick [censored] and the rest of the cult members.

why the hell would Penn St, the BoT, Erickson, etc. be involved in the conspiracy?
why would they want Penn St. to get slammed financially like they did?
why would they want the negative public chit storm this brought upon the school?

what possible good could have come from this?

You answered your own question.... They're a cult.

They believed, when they swept it all under the rug, that what Jerry did was insignificant in the grand scheme of things that are Penn State Football. After all, they are the greatest thing ever to happen to college football ever.

The same kind of insane, sick, logic is still there. Every time a fan posts on BWI, it shows up. Every time the administration is defended, it shows up.

It is not a culture of corruption, its a culture of evil. Its the same kind of "Logic" as to the Nazi's existed (sorry to break Goodwin's Law here, but its relevant), and all of the other sick examples of leadership in the 20th century. This may not be as bad as they, but it still underlines how people can undertake mental gymnastics to defend the un-defendable, while the rest of the world looks in horror.

I believe Nutriaitch was responding to Sandusky when he claimed that Penn State was part of the conspiracy against him. Because what college wouldn't sign up for 60 million dollars in penalties, athletic sanctions, loss of revenue on several fronts, and national disgrace just to conspire against an innocent man.

Sandusky is no different than anyone else in that university or fanbase. Paterno preached victimhood to them for forty years, and they all have adopted it with gusto. Every time he didn't get his way, it was all a big conspiracy with him as the aggrieved victim.
